An important BPO Company in the telecommunications sector, specialize in customer care and back-office services is looking for an IT Helpdesk (Entry level) to perform technology Support roles for an important company in the United States.

We are looking for you!

Responsibilities:??
Responding to issues (failed transfers - research/fixing).
Quick responses to all communications/questions.
Assisting with remote agents (computer/ headsets/ Etc.).
Walking employees through your interventions to promote computer literacy and self-sufficiency.
Understanding Call Center needs and proposing new IT-related solutions that may promote efficiency in the office.
Set up basic specs for onboarding new clients
Assist with reporting fall up from daily assisting to see what is happening and solutions.

Skills:
English B2 /C1.
Professional or technical level.
Advance Excel
Experience call center preferred.
Demonstrable experience as a help desk analyst.
Knowledgeable about recent innovations in IT and Computer Equipment.
Understanding of Platforms / Web Applications.
Exposure to Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
Must be able to communicate clearly.
Ability to learn and adapts to new skills and environments
Operates well in a fast-paced environment.
