Logistics coordinator - night shift

As a Logistics Coordinator some of your responsibilities will be:

• Check Calls: Setting reminders to call carriers for load updates and document in TMS.

• Schedule Appointments: Work with Account Representative to accommodate customer’s deadlines. Schedule appointments for carriers to arrive at shipper or receiver location. Reschedule when necessary.

• Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service even when faced with disgruntled carriers.

• Document all progress, updates, reminders, etc. in our TMS at all times.

Requisitos Mínimos
What would help you succeed:

- Must be action-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Studies: High School Degree or Bachelors degree in international business, business administration, or logistics related.

- Language: Advanced English level. To be able to have a conversation with native English speakers is a must.

- Experience: Minimum one year in bilingual customer service experience with US customers, previous experience with inbound and outbound calls.
