Marketing expert - ingles c1

We are looking for an analytical/ technical & hands-on Search engine and CRO expert who is looking for new & creative ways to improve our site´s visibility and conversion. The ideal candidate will aim to achieve better rankings by improving TP’s bottom line and generating qualified leads. He/she will work in the Global Marketing team close to the Demand Generation team at Teleperformance; will plan, implement, manage, and monitor the end-to-end user’s journey on a website that receives more than +500K visitors per month.

Responsibilities:
• Work toward organic search optimization and ROI (Return on marketing investment) maximization
• Manage quarterly SEM campaigns (search engine marketing (SEM) is a method of promotion and advertising to help companies' content rank higher among search engine traffic)(display) to convert leads.
• Use experimentation, heatmaps, form interactions and session recordings to provide deep and accurate insights into user’s behavior.
• Work with web developers, marketing, and design teams to implement SEO (search engine optimization) and CRO best practices.
• Report weekly the performance by group of keywords, landing pages, experiment results and form analytics.
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, authority, and technical score, and other KPIs.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis and develop a content strategy.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Social Communication or related
• 3-4 years of experience implementing SEO and SEM strategies in a B2B market.
• 2 years of experience CRO or website analytics role. Expertise in Marketing focused towards B2B services
• English level C1
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Knowledge on GA, Data Studio, Microsoft 365
