Marketing manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our clients. In this role, you will develop data-driven marketing strategies, manage campaigns across digital channels, and ensure brand consistency. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
Lead content planning and oversee the creation of blogs, ads, landing pages, and social media posts.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize campaign results.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
Identify partnership opportunities and support brand awareness initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with content creation, branding, and campaign execution is a plus.
