We are looking for our next Order-to-Cash (OTC) Financial Credit Analyst to be part of our team.

As an OTC Analyst you will be responsible for overall Customers Credit Analysis of the Order-to-Cash ("OTC") Tower, ensuring that all metrics are met, and issues are resolved.

An Order to Cash Analyst is a professional who plays a crucial role in managing the end-to-end order processing and revenue cycle of a company. The O2C process encompasses various activities starting from receiving customer orders to receiving payments for those orders.

Effective communication, Able to adapt quickly and easily, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential for an O2C Analyst. Proficiency in using order management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and Microsoft Office tools is required in this role.

Job requirements:

• Experience in business administration, economics, and accounting.
• ERP Sun System knowledge (or other ERP´s).
• Proficient in English B2.
• Experience in Financial analysis and credit risk.
• Knowledge of financial institution operations, policies & procedures, and credit portals.
• Fluent with multiple computer applications to run and analyze financial reports.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Hybrid Modality in Medellín.
