Paid Media Specialist at BairesDev

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our Talent Growth team and help us achieve our goals. This professional will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and improving paid media campaigns across different channels such as Social, Search, Display, and Affiliates seeking the best ROI to acquire new high-quality applicants for Talent Acquisition.

What You’ll Do:

- Define the strategy for each paid media channel, proposing a budget taking into account the best practices and internal goals for Talent Acquisition.
- Plan, create and improve paid media campaigns on different channels, maximizing ROI for Talent Acquisition.
- Run an experimentation program with A/B testing and other approaches in order to consistently test and improve campaigns and tactics.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Paid Media.
- Solid experience in Search, Display, and Social Media Ads.
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or related.
- Team spirit-oriented and with good communication skills in multicultural environments.
- Advanced English level.
