Project manager - bilingual

Teleperformance is looking for a Project Manager responsible for the execution of projects and initiatives that span across the Enterprise or IT.

Responsabilities:
• Plan and document (in the project plan, quality plan and project schedule) to show how the deployments will meet the customer’s needs.
• Manage each project in accordance with the plans to deliver the project on time, on budget and with the appropriate level of quality.
• Report on project progress against plan (typically weekly), including effort, schedule, milestones, issues and risks. Produce formal reports to the customer.
• Ensure that the project team has sufficient resources (e.g. environments, processes) and training to carry out the project effectively.
• Provide strong leadership to the project team members – clear direction, excellent communication and high motivation.
• Support our technical team to improve integration quality.
• Work on the expansion of the launch for new allies and markets, supporting the integration process.

Requirements:
• Proficient in English (B2/C1)
• Minimum 3 years IT experience and at least 3 years as a project manager
• Delivery Management skills
• PM Skills, Agile, Scrum knowledge
• Roadmap delivery experience
