Sales recruiter analyst

We are looking for a new Selection and Recruitment Analyst to join our Human Resources team.

- Ticket sales agents
- Bilingual sales agents

In this role you will:
- Make a formal action plan to successfully identify and recruit quality candidates.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans for each requested group.
- Keep the hiring plan up to date, managing to cover the assigned vacancies
- Develop new methods to increase the proportion of candidates willing to join the company.
- Investigate and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates.
- Ask for referral candidates from current employees and external networks.
- Make clear job profiles and keep them updated.

The ideal candidate should:
- Have experience of at least 2 years in Recruitment and Selection positions.
- Experience in companies in the BPO sector (desirable).
- Conversational English minimum B2.
- Professional in psychology, industrial engineering, business administration and the like.
- Be focused on meeting objectives and results.
- Be empathic and ambitious.
