Requirements
Must to have experience:
• A creditable expert with 7+ years of experience with SAP Software
• Able to lead customer discussions with confidence to extract business requirements and translate them into workable solutions in SAP TM
• Working knowledge of the agile form of project execution
• Ability to effectively lead others.
• Strong negotiation skills
• The candidate should have at least two SAP TM implementations (embedded, standalone, basic, or professional versions)
• Strong knowledge of SAP TM with integration experience with SAP SD, SAP MM and SAP YL
• Hands-on experience with SAP TM including but not limited to VSR optimization, TCM, order integration, and settlement process, a configuration of master data, and transportation network.
• Experience integrating SAP with other SAP and non-SAP solutions.
• Solid understanding of transportation perspectives for LSP or 3PL.
• Able to translate functional design to specifications and process flows.
• Good understanding of cutover, testing, and training activities.
• Must be able to travel to the USA.
