Bilingual Supervisor
Important BPO Company in the telecommunications sector, specialized in customer care and back-office services is looking for an operations Supervisor to manage a customer service team. He will be incharge of reaching metrics, develop agents and manage operation. ????

Work On-Site ??
Requirements ?
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ability to manage different types of clients with different needs.
• Capacity for continuous learning to be able to provide a first call resolution.
• Ability to notate account updates into proprietary software and work with external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ability to work independently and as a team to handle escalations, resolutions and documents.
• 48hrs shift, with 1 day Off

Skills Needed ??
• Experience with outbound and inbound call support
• Leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks and shift focus quickly
• Proper phone etiquette and listening skills (Good communication skills)
• Attention to details
• Empathy and positive attitude
