Technical support engineer

Sutherland is looking for a Technical Support Engineer 1 typically provides entry-level technical support for diagnosing, replicating, and resolving software and hardware issues. It includes troubleshooting protocols running on our Client´s hardware to assist Customers with problem isolation and resolution.

Main Responsibilities and Deliverables Strengthen relationships:
More than 1 year working in technical support or related roles
Advanced English level (B2)
Knowledge and experience with Linux platforms
Experience working with Virtual Servers vs. Physical Servers (installations and configuration)
Knowledge in Cloud Services
Knowledge of Windows Registry, File system, Windows Client, Windows OS, user profiles and security and server-based software.
Understand Performance Monitoring tools such as OnCommand
Understanding and working knowledge of backups, restores, disaster recovery. mechanisms involving local snapshots
Troubleshooting technical issues
