Descripción general


Service owner and primary point of contact for all incidents, monitoring, incident response and service quality management for OTT, VOD and satellite delivered services in a 24x7 environment.

Performs critical monitoring of OTT, VOD and video services and rapid diagnosis of various systems, applications and infrastructure state to troubeshoot and resolve issues. As part of our video center of excellence (COE), team is responsible for leading and coordinating prompt incident response and service management with cross-functional technical teams to ensure rapid restoration, continuous learning and improvement towards meeting high service delivery commitment to our customer.

Associate degree or higher in related field or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years related experience in systems support, technical operations or related discipline requiring Tier I and Tier II level troubleshooting.
- Highly organized and able to effectively multi-task or prioritize, make decisions and works with minimal to no supervision.

- Bilingual, Spanish/English. Intermediate level English, oral and written.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly analyze relationships between problem components using signal flow as primary reference.
- Strong familiarity with ITSM concepts and incident management processes with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new applications, service models and process maps.
- Prior experience with distributed infrastructure & IT service monitoring, application support/performance monitoring
- Some experience with scripting & automation, capacity/performance management, Agile, ITSM and DevOps methodologies.
- Some familiarity with diverse toolsets to visualize or optimize services including but not limited to Splunk, Conviva, AppDynamics, New Relic, AWS Cloudwatch.
