Tourism bilingual sales trainer

Dyninno Travel focuses on agency sales of air tickets and travel services to both retail and corporate clients. It manages the brands ASAP Tickets (www.asaptickets.com), Skylux Travel (www.skyluxtravel.com), International Travel Network (www.itncorp.com), as well as many online services. It specializes in leisure, and business travel, as well as visiting friends and relatives group of travelers. Today, Dyninno Travel sells 100K+ air tickets and vacation packages per month.

We are currently expanding our Training team in our Bogota office and achieving this important goal will require us to meet the top talent in the industry for the Bilingual Trainer role.

Our future Trainer will be responsible for the training and coaching of new hired agents in order to bring their specific skills to our Company-standard level.

As a Trainer you will:
-Manage new hire training and cross-skill sessions
-Monitor, record and evaluate training activities and program effectiveness
-Provide feedback to management on individual group training
-Review, create and update training material

Some of the skills you must have:
-Have at least 1 year of working experience as Trainer (Sales training is a plus). Candidates with experience as Back-up trainers, English teachers and Supervisors with up to 6 months of experience teaching and coaching high volume groups will also be considered.
-Be familiar with different training methods, tools and techniques
-Have a strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Have good verbal and written communications skills in English (Min. B2 Level required)
-Be proficient in MS Office tools
