We are seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Representative to spearhead our expansion into the U.S. and global markets. This role is critical for architecting high-value partnerships, securing enterprise-level agreements, and building strategic relationships with key global decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Prospect and scale new client accounts, specifically focusing on Staff Augmentation and Dedicated Teams.
• Own the Cycle: Lead the full consultative sales process from initial discovery to final closing.
• Negotiate: Present high-impact commercial proposals and navigate complex deal structures.
• Influence: Cultivate long-term relationships with C-level executives in IT, HR, and Finance.
• Optimize: Manage pipeline health, forecasting, and KPIs via Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Market Presence: Represent the company at U.S. sales conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–10+ years in B2B sales. Direct experience in Nearshore staffing or professional services is highly preferred.
• English Test: Flawless proficiency (C2 level) is mandatory for U.S. market navigation.
• Mobility: Valid visa for travel to/from the United States is required for event attendance and client meetings.
• Track Record: Proven success in consultative selling and closing complex, high-ticket deals.
• Communication: Exceptional executive presence and presentation skills.
• Mindset: Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a high-growth environment.
