Responsibilities:
Review, analyze and process invoices as high priority on an accurate and timely manner
Reach out and chase intensely the buying team and media vendors to resolve as many invoices in query as possible to guarantee a fairly amount to be paid on a monthly basis
Liaise with Local SCCcontacts proactively to review and resolve queries by following the correct escalation process.
Provide and support with effective trainings sessions to the new hires and promote a positive team’s environment as well is required to achieve outstanding results.
Support and coordinate with the media supervisor other duties and responsibilities as required by management. This will include such as activities associated to the process and organizational events
Basic or Technic Education completed and initial studies on related fields such as Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
Desirable candidates with six months at least in similar positions out of the company, preferably in share service center environment this is a plus to be considered.
Candidates without work experience will be also considerate
