Answer telephones, and converse with vendors/customers regarding payment issues

Accounts Payable and Receivables Support

File preparation, filing and maintenance of Accounts Payable (Vendor) Invoices

Three step verification of vendor invoices – PO match, receiver verification, and invoice match

Vendor statement reviews monthly and as requested

File preparation, filing and maintenance of General Accounting documents

Preparation of billing support including Purchase Order preparation

Maintain various Smartsheet sheets for maintaining task status

Assist with A/R Collections

Preparation, filing and maintenance of other accounting related documents

Archiving of Accounting files

Provide Accounting/ Administrative Support to the Controller and Accounting Department

Cash Receipts and Customers Statements for AR billings

Requisitos para aplicar

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Prior Accounting experience

Attention to Detail with skills in accurate data entry

Intermediate/Advanced proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word

Ability to multitask and be organized, detailed-oriented, and motivated

Must be able to handle high volumes of voice/email/written correspondence

Willing to thrive and learn in a fast-paced environment
