We're now hiring an Accounting Application Support to join our growing team. The primary role of this position is to support the
technology ecosystem which includes the following:
-Manage admin accounts of our applications.
-Assist with the implementation of all system-wide applications.
-Troubleshoot and resolve simple to complex incidents
-Function as a liaison between end client users and Jitasa applications as needed.
-Identify and report trending application issues to drive a cycle of continuous improvement.
-Prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency to serve both internal employees and external clients.
-Effectively communicate expectations and project status extensively to both internal and external teams.
-Capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Ability to apply critical thinking and a methodical approach to problem identification and resolution.
-Identify opportunities to streamline any and all processes for employees and clients.
-Ensure that processes and procedures are well documented and maintained.
-Above all, provide a superior experience to employees and clients.

Qualifications

1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, computer science or other relevant field

2. Work Experience: Ideally, 1-3 years of relevant, hands-on experience with accounting technology.

3. **English advanced is a must**

Candidates should have experience:

-Experience in accounting workflows
-Learning new technology and applications.
-Working with accounting systems and applications.
-Supporting and troubleshooting technology issues with end-users.
-Managing a variety of tasks with competing priorities and deadlines.
Skills (preferred, not required):
Accounting system experience (any of Quickbooks, Quickbooks Online, Intacct, Netsuite, etc).
