Descripción general

Create and maintain project plans, progress reports, and various other documentation as required by the Re:Sources Management, the Client, Groupe Global MDM or Altair Core Team.
Train staff when is required, of different departments on various Altair functionality, including—but not limited to—the following areas:
Master Data Elements (Clients, Vendors, Cost/Bill Rates, Workcodes)
HRIS Interface Requirements (Cost Centers, Workcodes, Line Managers)
Job-Related Areas
Studio Functionality
Inter- and Intra-Company Processes
Purchasing and AP
Time Entry, Approval, Transfer - Expense Entry and Approval
Workflow
Altair Roles and Authorizations
Vertex and Tax
Fixed Assets
Banking, Account Receivable & Treasury
General Ledger - Month-End Close
Reporting (ECC & Global Data Warehouse)
Assist in the testing of Altair enhacements and fix releases.
-Facilitate payment Employee reimbursement returns from partner banks.
Troubleshoot the Time entry and expenses functions within Clarizen and Altair.

Requisitos para aplicar

-Bachelor's Degree completed or advanced studies in Accounting/Administration or Systems Engineering.
-Experience in the field of finance/accounting or system administration. At least one year of functional experience with Altair and Service Now or any other ticket-tracking program. Availability to travel 25% - 50% time, depending on project needs
Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Excel. Altair (SAP) knowledge
OX/DS Media System. Service Now knowledge.
English advanced (mandatory).
