Objectives of the position:
The purpose of the SME Payment Process is to support the line manager and team leader in contributing to the achievement of efficient allocation of personnel to meet stakeholder performance requirements regarding time, quality and cost.

• Manage the task assignment and monitor the daily operations of the Accounts Payable Payments area.
• Support the line manager as well as the supervisor to contribute to the achievement of efficient staffing to meet stakeholder performance requirements in terms of time, quality and costs.
• Ensure the required quality of processes and transactions for monthly, quarterly and annual activities within accounts payable taking into account all relevant corporate standards and guidelines.
• Ensure that process documentation is correctly updated in a timely manner and that the store is accessible to different employees.
• Coordinate with the line manager and supervisor the induction and qualification of new employees to ensure adequate controls for onboarding and training of employees in their roles.
• Support process performance measurement through the implementation and monitoring of defined KPIs and SLA-KPIs
• Support the reports production required by the area.
• Escalate process performance challenges so that the line manager can perform the necessary interactions with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support line manager and supervisor in the resolution of critical issues as needed (escalations).
• Review, approve and process highly complex processing cases.
• Contribute to the company's continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
• Strict compliance with the Anti-Fraud process defined by the Excellence Center.

• Bachelor student in Finance / Business Administration or related careers.
• Senior Analyst or higher
• Knowledge in communication between SAP and banks connected to the Swift network.
• Experience in understanding banking activities and reconciliation.
• Experience in transition projects.
• Knowledge in SAP
• Advanced English
