Work together with BPO team on Accounts Payable end to end process and issue resolution (tier 1 support to BPO).

• Identify process gaps, discrepancies and work closely with other team members (Invoicing & Payments) to effectively manage workload and user resolution on a timely manner.
• Handle inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Requisitos para aplicar

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (or currently studying)
• Minimum of 3 -4 year of experience in Accounts Payable department of a multinational company.
• High-level English, French and Spanish language skills (speaking and writing) required
