Descripción general

The Sr. Collections analyst major functions include managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, that are typically high balance and/or of a more complex nature, responding to correspondence and telephone contact to ensure timely invoice processing, follow-up and account resolution. The Senior Collection Analyst should assist with training, follow up with Collection Analyst and be a resource to the Collection Supervisor or any other department where his/her attention is needed. The Senior Collector must have the ability to perform all needed duties within the AR.

Requisitos para aplicar

• Technical or bachelor degree BA Accounting or any related field
• Advance level of English written and oral Business Administration or Accounting
• 3 to 5 year experience within SSC processes, proven ability to negotiate with customers, Business to business collection strategies, data analysis, disputes, mentoring colleagues.
• Highly preferred ERP (SAP), intermediate Excel skills (including vlookups and pivot tables).
• Assertive communication, confident telephone manner, customer centric mindset advanced written/oral English skills.
• Provide support and solutions to Supervisor by being accountable for operational processes, meetings, trainings, escalations and to execute accurate reports among others.
• Adaptable and solid team player
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work-meeting deadlines.
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy of information is maintained, work in a mature, courteous and professional manner.
• Take personal accountability for decisions and actions.
