Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Work with Install Base data
- Good understanding of Quote to cash process
- Work along business stakeholders for resolution and support
- Ability to support Quarter End needs
- Ability to work over stretch assignments
- Provide support with queue management
- Be able to provide support over first level escalations
- Support with basic reporting
- Able to participate in business calls
