DESCRIPTION:
Provide back office support and assistance to Bridgestone Active and Retiree Teammates based in the United States with Benefits inquiries and processes. Resolving cases via case management system, supporting HCM systems reviewing and approving actions received, and maintaining data related to Benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance.
Completed or in progress.
• At least 1 year experience in Customer Service: via phone, chat, or email – Required
• Bilingual Spanish-English (B2+ or above) – Required
• Proven experience working with a case management system.
• Previous experience in data processing related to employee benefits procedures for the US – Desirable
• Knowledge in working with Workday and ServiceNow – Desirable
SKILL/KNOWLEDGE:
• Excellent customer service oriented
• Great communication skills
• Effective communicator - verbal & written
• Focused on detail and analytical capacity
• Ability to manage databases in different systems
Note: Temporary position for 4 months with high possibility of apply to indefinite position at the end of the process.
