We are looking for Advanced English Speakers only. **No tenemos vacantes para Español** work at PAVAS! NEW ACCOUNT!
You will be assisting customers over the phone/chat in English by utilizing probing questions to fully understand their issues, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer concerns that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer. Demonstrate functional skills in communicating and explaining basic account information to the customer with focus on first-call resolution.
What we'd like to see in the candidate?
• High School Diploma
o 90% of verbal and written communication skills in English
• 6 Months of Previous Call Center experience for New Accounts.
• Full Availability to work on site - Pavas!
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge.
• Able to rotate shifts, as needed.
We offer competitive salary $4.37 per hour for this new account
