Descripción general

This role provides direct end-to-end support to company employees and management as part of a centralized support solutions function to handle various HR-related transactions, queries, and related support concerning mainly, but not limited to, annual open enrollment, and Workday freeze period and annual compensation processes. Appropriately responds to requests and questions from employees or correctly routes to others for additional support or seeks information provided by other HR areas. May respond to practice inquiries via online resources and/or telephone and process various paper and electronic forms. May perform data maintenance or analysis. Connects with
Global IT and HR where needed.

Requisitos para aplicar

? Experience in an HR Call Center and/or working experience in a team and service delivery or customer care environment

? Experienced and efficient handling of standard IT applications, preferably Google suite

? Knowledge of Workday HR Processes and ServiceNow is a plus

? Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential (90+%/CI level).
