Descripción general

To plan and coordinate to offer employees and visitors, an outstanding working environment including working areas, cafeteria, relaxing areas, meeting rooms and parking space.

1. To direct, organize, coordinate, supervise and arrange the logistics and planning necessary to provide outstanding maintenance and janitorial services
2. To support the Facilities Manager in the following areas: Air Conditioning monitoring, Facility maintenance and upgrades.
3. To direct, organize, and arrange administrative support functions for the company such as clerical support, customer service and reception, mail and delivery services, office assignments, parking.
4. To be a permanent member of the environmental committee.
5. To coordinate the use of physical workplace with accounts and support areas to maximize efficiency and comfort.
6. To assist and supervise client visits, including rooms, supplies and activities.
7. To be a permanent member of occupational health and emergency committee.
8. To look after the fulfillment of conduct and discipline policies and procedures by the employees and visitors, as well as the accomplishment of sanitary rules at the arrival and staying of the personnel
9. To support the Administrative Manager in area distribution and equipment control.
10. To lead first line administrative coordinator under his/her responsibility
11. To assign the use of the printer and lockers.
12. To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior.

Requisitos para aplicar

Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Desirable).
Spanish: Excellent to Native.
English: Good to Excellent.
1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions in multinational corporations and customer service.
Excel intermediate
Lenel Software Certified (Desirable).
Excel intermediary
Skilled in the use of computer and related software.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications. (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel.)
Manage of operative system in Microsoft Windows 7, 8/8.1 y 10.
