Job Purpose:

We are embarking on an ambitious journey to leverage innovative technologies which accelerate our business growth and reduce our cost to serve. To achieve this, we are driving a strategic programme to optimise our service delivery model which will require improvements to our technology (workflow, RPA), operational processes and organisational construct.

Following several successful deployments worldwide we are looking for a Change Business Analyst to join our team to drive the Digital Transformation Culture Change within the Services and Solutions organization for across +50 offices around the world.

In this role, the successful candidate will need to:

Create and deliver change strategies, and plans to help teams in region maximise their adoption of new solutions
Identify and clarify the change impact of the business regarding the new ways of working
Execute change management activities according to regional and global strategy
Measure the success of change initiatives and strategies and implement corrective actions
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders who have accountability for program execution
This role will have a global mandate and will report to the Senior Business Analyst.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and clarify the change impact of the business regarding the new ways of working

Perform data driven assessments of the current state of implementations of our Service Orchestration program to identify gaps and improvement oportunities
Research how proposed changes might impact the business to support the Change Impact Assessment preparation and limit potential risks
Execute change management activities according to regional and global strategy

Support employee change journey of the program through: analysis, design, implementation, hyper-care and benefits realisation phases
Serve as a performance change agent and coach to guide teams through data driven continuous improvement activities, Lean

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

1-3 years’ experience in a business process improvement setting
Comfortable in dealing with challenge and conflict using influencing and empathy skills to resolve conflicts
Good organisation skills
Working with a remote team across multiple countries
Exceptional written and spoken English
Technical expertise:

1-3 + years' experience in technology, transformation programs or supporting a technology business
