Descripción general

• Own and execute the Change Management process related to mid to large scale Projects
• Develop Power BI and Tableu Reports for leadership
• Be an ITIL and Agile point of contact for Project Stakeholders
• Oversee, develop, and execute change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage for strategic initiatives.
• In Programs, coach and support counterparts on their role as Project or Program Managers
• Coach and support senior business leaders and executives on their role as a change sponsor.
• Build strong relationships with business global counterparts to drive colleague adoption.
• Lead the development of a communications framework, strategy, and operating rhythm for communicating with all internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, executive staff, senior management, project teams, business unit partners, engineering teams and employees.
• Perform change management impact assessments.
• Identify potential change resistance and propose/execute mitigation tactics.
• Propose adoption success metrics for the change before the program starts and measure against post the program ends.
• Develop and create timelines and written communications to program/project stakeholders, end users, and other program/project participants in American English.
• Facilitate role-based training as requested by internal stakeholders.?
• Develop and oversee maintenance of all training documents - including cheat sheets, FAQ, training scripts and training presentations in American English.
