Post Booking Deal Management Skill Set: Aligned with Journey Agent Profile. Demonstrated experience managing complex customer support engagements and solving service delivery challenges. Acquire knowledge of the organizational set-up across CPS, Sales and Finance Outstanding skills in establishing trusted relationships with senior Sellers Sense of initiative: drive best outcome for your Customer Excellent sense of accountability, including under pressure Strong Analytical Skills (XLS Intermediate (Formatting, V-Lookups, Pivot tables, Excel Database, Graphs, Functions of searching and referencing – Same a Journey Agent) Demonstrated leadership and proactiveness in resolving complex customer issues Experience ideally includes process improvements and operations management Skills in PowerPoint and Industry/Technical/Business knowledge as a plus Skill set is same as Journey Agent. If Cisco requires additional skill set to support Post Booking Deal Management, pricing is subject to change as determined by additional skills required
