Descripción general

The position executes on accurate, valid and timely settlement, refund, remittance and billing transactions for Retail Collection product users. The resource will focus primarily on collections within the United States and Canada. They must be able to prioritize and multitask throughout the day as well as communicate clearly and effectively through email and over the phone. Their language skills must be at least a B1 as they will be required to speak in Spanish and English over the phone. They will assist customer-facing organizations in resolution of customer complaints and escalated cases, connects with cross functional teams and identify patterns in recurring issues based on cases. At the end of the contract, there is the potential to be brought on as a full-time employee. They must currently hold a bachelor’s degree at a minimum.
