The ideal candidate has a keen understanding of all the inner working of a hospitality business, as so is expected to have an excellent level of customer service and commercial awareness in order to develop and implement strategies that will ensure a positive experience that exceeds guest’s expectations at the same time that ensures high revenues for the resort.

RESPONSABILITIES:
• Looks after the daily hospitality operations of Costa Elena
• Participates in the preparation of the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
• Hire and train new staff
• Create and implement staff work squedules
• Establish and maintain standards for staff performance and customer service such that anticipate guest needs
• Deal with Suppliers /Vendors to provide quality products and services.
• Set and implement operations procedures
• Implement new information systems

Requisitos para aplicar

• Hotel / Hospitality degree preferred
• Strong management, communication and organizational skills
• Experience in luxury operations and standards Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Out of the box thinker
• Outdoor and adventure oriented.
• Desire to contribute to the success of Costa Elena while living in paradise in beautiful town of La Cruz surrounded by a UNESCO heritage site in the beautiful country of Costa Rica is a must
