Descripción general

The candidate will be engaged in a variety of communication, event planning and reporting related projects to support quality and customer experience improvement programs.
Manage Customer Experience Communications (CXC) initiatives that involve educating employees on how to bring CX to life.
Work with cross-functional team members to identify and plan events that will drive a culture of Customer Experience across the company.
Plan CX themed events across different site locations, leads and ambassadors to plan local site events.
Publish periodic progress reports (project status and event reports)
Creative mindset to design new experiences for CX, such as: posters, presentations, newsletters, promotional materials among others.

Requisitos para aplicar

Strong verbal and written communication skills - Fluent in English.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office package.
Event planning and reporting experience.
Bachelor’s degree completed; preference for Communications, Public Relations or Business Management degrees
