You will be assisting customers over CHATS by utilizing probing questions to fully understand their issues, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer concerns that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking.
Also, you will be required to demonstrate functional skills in communicating and explaining basic account information to the customer with focus on first-call resolution.


• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
• Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
• Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
• Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
• Effectively transfer misdirected customer requests to an appropriate party.
• Escalate to external organizations (e.g., Tier 2 network group) when necessary.
• Track open issue until resolved if required

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE – What we'd like to see in CHAT candidates?

• High School Diploma or above
• 90% verbal and written communication skills in English
• +6 Month Customer Service Experice
• Previous Call Center Experience is a plus!
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge.
• Typing skills 35 words per minute
• Full scheduled flexibility
• Availabily to Work at Concentrix Pavas - Chat account
