This is a billable position is for the upcoming growth projected for the account in the Real Estate Ops area.

The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Requisitos para aplicar

- English B2+ (Read, Write and Speak in supported language). Excellent written and spoken communication skills in the language of support

- Direct customer service experience required, preferably in contact centers.

- Chat Experience is a plus
