Descripción general

We are looking for a Customer Service Support II that provides service information and solve problems that are related to the service.
Manage incoming calls effectively.
Identify and evaluate the needs of customers to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the appropriate methods / tools.
Comply with personal / team SLAs.
Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Provide customer accounts by registering account information.
Maintain updated customer records.
Troubleshooting services (receiving customer tickets)
Follow-up to ensure problem solving.
Provide technical support when client access does not work.
Scale technical and non-technical issues to appropriate third level assistance.
Running Weekly / Monthly Reports.
Receive customer tickets and follow up to close them in Second level troubleshooting.

Requisitos para aplicar

Strong English communications skills. (Advanced level, verbal and written)
Good excel knowledge, level: Intermediate - advanced.
Knowledge in Macros, minimum intermediate level.
Strong Customer Service skills.
Previous experience in Share Services and or Call Center.
Troubleshooting experience.
