We are a 24/7 operation, with two facilities and a 400+ employee workforce providing services to a
worldwide number of organizations.

We are seeking an experienced full-time Customer Service Manager to join our forward-looking and
passionate team. As Customer Service Manager you will lead a 24x7 team responsible for resolving
customer complaints in a quick, helpful, and friendly fashion. You will also be responsible for developing
junior Customer Service Representatives, overseeing departmental processes, and producing detailed
reports for Senior Management and clients. Impeccable verbal and written English are a must as the
candidate will interact and communicate internally and externally solely in English.

Requisitos para aplicar

Fully bilingual English – Spanish (Excellent English)
? Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, at least 5 years


Experience in providing customer service support
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Working knowledge of customer service software
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Customer service orientation
Experience using Microsoft Office Package (excel and outlook in particular)
