Distribution center coordinator

What do you get to do in this position?

To handle warehouse / DC day-to-day operation. Act as first line leader to deploy Schneider management system such as SPS / WMS and relative improvement actions

1. Lead warehouse team to run a smooth warehouse operation in the area of receiving, storage, delivery.
2. Assist Warehouse Manager to establish and maintain standard warehouse operation processes and ensure warehouse staffs comply.
3. Make sure warehouse's 5S and EHS,Optimize the goods stored in warehouse and ensure inventory accuracy and warehouse safety.
4. Participate warehouse project to set up, expand, and improve the development of warehouse infrastructure.
5. Organize the layout of warehouse, efficiently improve warehouse capacity.
6. Lead warehouse team to carry out department plan to meet sales or company target, continuously enhance working efficiency and reduce warehouse cost.
7. Responsible for stock accuracy, manage the cycle counting and stocktaking.
8. Assist Operations Manager to train warehouse operators and evaluate their performance.

Bachelor Degree in Administration, Engineering, International Business, Quality Engineer or related
3-5 years of experience in Distribution Centers or Warehouse Management
Advanced English level
Experience in Inventory Management
Knowledge and usage of SAP
Knowledge on Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing ,Quality and Continues Improvement
Leadership skills
Decision Taker

Organized, follow up to processes and tasks
