Global email marketing producer - advanced english (c1) - 12 month contract

The Global Email Marketing Producer role will be supporting Marketing Operations and will be responsible for execution, optimization, out of the box reporting & ticket-based support of email production. We need someone who is extremely detail-oriented on executing ticketed tasks, You will be working closely with cross-functional teams across the marketing organization
Responsibilities
? Send best in class emails with flawless execution
? Build email HTML using WYSIYG using Knak email creation tool, and sync to Marketo
? Set up email campaign lists in Marketo following templated audience targeting process
? QA emails; learn email process
? Send email proofs to stakeholders for approval and apply basic edits to email copy
? Help set up web nurture journeys in PathFactory; upload assets, set up tagging, create corresponding Marketo programs

Experience and Skills
? Bachelor's degree required
? Ability to speak and write in English due to collaborative efforts across global teams
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? 2-3 years of Email Marketing experience
? Experience with project management software a plus (Workfront, Asana, Jira, Zendesk, Smartsheet)
? Experience working with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms; ability to work with HTML; Marketo Certified Expert a plus
? Basic understanding of email marketing KPIs and experience executing A/B testing
? Competency in Microsoft Office or Google Apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook???????????
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; comfort with ambiguity and constantly shifting priorities
