Objectives of the position:

Managing and leading 4 coordinators you and your team will own the operational priorities that support our global L&D transformation and program objectives. You will have a passion for people development and will strive to ensure we deliver the best possible support and service to all of our stakeholders. The remit will be broad, the scope will include many stakeholders and in turn the team will have many opportunities to shape, grow and develop our L&D agenda in this region. You will need to tap into your strengths in communication, organization skills, autonomous thinking and your ability to get things done in the moment but also be thinking of the future, to succeed in this fast paced, ever changing environment. You will guide your team to ensure they have the support, capabilities, and capacity to lead training programs to the highest of quality in conjunction with strong collaboration with our operations team in New Delhi. Your role will be part of our Global L&D team building our capabilities in how we deliver learning and inspire our learners.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage a team of four coordinators focused on operational support for our L&D teams; including capacity planning, workload prioritization etc
Guide, coach, motivate and develop this team to ensure we continue to grow them as individuals as well as ensuring we have the skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the business
Work within the agreed team norms and continue to foster a psychologically safe environment where everyone can speak up and participate
Play an active role in setting up strong collaboration and relationships with the operations team in New Delhi, the wider Global team and key client stakeholders
Focus the team on setting up and continuing to improve our processes, policies, and practices in line with our overall vision and purpose

Requisitos para aplicar

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related.
8 to 10 years of experience in a people function, understanding what it takes to deliver the best service to your clients.
Strong excel and PowerPoint skills, ideally Slack, Trello and Egnyte, Experience with LMS systems like SABA is a plus.
Experience managing and leading a diverse fast paced team.
Experience in ensuring operations run smoothly and effectively.
An active team player with strong organizational, analytical and project management skills.
English level 90%.
