Descripción general

Reporting to the T&E Director, the Global T&E Audit Administration SME will provide operational & technical (including but not limited to first line configuration & fine tuning) support to the Global T&E AI based Front End Monitoring platform (APPZEN, Concur Detect). It will also be responsible for timely response to T&E audit requirements (Including analytics and system enhancements) as well as becoming a subject matter expert in the specialized Artificial Intelligence audit tool. In addition this role will support systemic policy enforcement while proposing additional continuous improvement initiatives (realizing cost savings, user experience, others).

Specifically, this role will:
• Ensure AI tool implementation & optimization
• Drive and maintain operational excellence across T&E Audit Model & Platforms operational functions
• Provide support and deliver on T&E Audit requirements (FEM, BEM & projects)
• Serve as an integral member of the T&E Center of Excellence.

Requisitos para aplicar

B.S. or B.A. in Business or Finance - desired
Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management Certification desired
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Previous experience leading people directly or indirectly e.g. Project Management of complex initiatives.
• Experience with T&E processes and methods
• Experience with Concur Expense or comparable T&E system
• Previous Analytics Experience
• Experience with Power BI and/or other analytics platforms
• Experience with Concur Detect/Appzen or other AI Audit engines (Oversight, others) Desirable.
• Medical Device or Life Sciences experience would be useful
• Previous Internal External Audit/Compliance experience is desired
• Strategic thinking mindset and ability to develop creative solutions
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to execute with minimal supervision
• Strong customer focus and demonstrated commitment to solving their issues
• Ability to juggle issues with multiple countries concurrently
• Strong attention to detail
• Advanced MS Office suite experience (Excel, PPT, Visio)
• English and Spanish fluency
