Descripción general

Design, develop and evaluate training materials for WU agents and employees
• Manage the activities involved with the design, preparation, delivery, and needs assessment of training and development programs for Agents.
• Take lead in core team’s projects
• Manage the development of training content using state-of-the-art instructional design techniques
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, trainers, subject matter experts to ensure that training materials are effective, current and relevant
• Innovate and work on new training approaches, such as micro-learning, blended learning, instructional videos and others.

Requisitos para aplicar

Bachelor´s degree or in-progress.
English advanced.
Good InDesign, Articulate 360, Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro skills.
Strong experience with e-learning, graphic design and video editing tools.
Strong computer sklils and willingness to learn new technologies.
