Descripción general

Attend inquiries of different type of internal clients:

• Ensure proper understanding of employee’s needs or concerns
• Communicate with professionalism while building a trust relationship to become the first and main point of contact for the employees
• Conduct appropriate research and analysis according to each request
• Determine and providing accurate first contact resolution and key on demand data whenever possible
• Use the right available tools and documenting all relevant information
• Se right expectations with the employees and others involved
• Follow up when cases need to be escalated with all parties involved
• Resolve multiple of inquiries in different subjects and process.
• Provide final resolution to escalated issues/cases
• Perform assigned HR transactional functions

Requisitos para aplicar

• Advanced student of Business Administration or similar field (minimum 2 years of university).
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• 1 year experience in Contact Center or Shared Services Center (Preferably HR Service Center)
• Basic knowledge in use of system such as SAP, People Soft.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
