Descripción general

Main goal: Create a great working environment that allows to attract, engage, develop and compensate highly competitive employees.
Prepare, propose and manage annual budget for HR area . Manage employment administration, providing support in topics such as schedule adherence, leaves of absence, sick leave and vacation control. Provide guidance in employee relations issues and disciplinary actions. Register and control HR KPIs.
Promote an organizational culture alligned with the school´s mission. Perform, analyze and present climate surveys. Provide guidance regarding relations between employees.
Provide Recruitment and Selection services to other areas. Work towards a positive integration of new employees. Guide and support ex-pats, searching for an adequate adaptation to a new country and institution. Collect required documents.
Coordinate with Finance area situations regarding salary and benefits. Supervise payroll functions. Make sure the organization has a healthy and competitive salary structure.
Manage Performance Evaluation actions. Provide and coordinate learning and development activities.

Requisitos para aplicar

At least 3 years experience performing similar tasks.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
Advanced English Skills.
Interest in Education.
