Descripción general

Identifying high calibre talent for the business, taking accountability of the recruitment process from approval through to onboarding

Building relationships with line managers and HR in order to better understand the organization and the expectations of management when it comes to talent

Developing an understanding of open positions and technical skill-sets required

Screening and selecting applications from job boards and LinkedIn

Solve talent challenges by generating creative and innovative ways to attract and select potential candidates (e.g. employee referrals, networking, utilising sources, building business intelligence)

Finding creative ways to manage volume recruitment initiatives and developing future talent pipelines for a variety of roles

Reviewing job boards and sites to place adverts

Pro-actively targeting passive high calibre talent

Provide ad-hoc administrative support, revising job specifications, posting roles, reviewing applications, updating hiring teams on potential candidates, arranging interviews and ultimately securing the candidates with the *right- offers

Ensuring a fantastic experience for all candidates

Suppport in HR generalist tasks

Requisitos para aplicar

Significant experience of working as an in-house recruiter

Experience with competency based interviewing

Experience in providing end to end resourcing solutions, managing internal stakeholders at all

levels, acting as a true business partner

Experience in utilising direct sourcing methodologies and developing referral networks and finding creative methods for identifying future talent pipelines

Ability to manage volume, fast paced and longer term recruitment initiatives

Ability to thrive in a fast paced and challenging work environment. Self-starter. Can work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Flexible in style and approach

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Can demonstrate maturity in decision making and prioritisation

Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with multiple stake-holders, cross geography, different levels.

Open and culturally sensitive

Very strong systems skills (HR System, MS Office)

Experience using an Applicant Tracking System required

Proficiency in English language skills (written & spoken)

Educated to degree level or equivalent.

The following experiences are preferred:

Multi-national company experience

Experience in the Spirits and/or overall beverage Industry is a distinct advantage
