Objectives of the position:

This role is responsible for the operations of the HR team, administration of policies and procedures, and implementation of leading HR practices that will provide a high-performance, employee-driven culture.

Main Responsibilities:

Partner with business to advise and implement initiatives involving organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
Lead strategic workforce planning using analysis of various data to determine cost/investment talent options and operationalizing necessary headcount actions (hire/layoff) while adhering to operating budget.
Implement and administer HR procedures and processes. Proactively make recommendations aiming for continuous improvement and adding value to the HR services
Responsible for partnering with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests
Provide leadership for employment practices, including proactive employee relations, engagement, talent management, total rewards administration, as well as organizational consultation, design and development.
Partner with managers and Leaders to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
Provide information and consultancy, where necessary, to managers and employees about employee relations, HR activities, benefits, disciplinary actions, etc.
Provides benefits administration services, supporting the development of the Benefits program and its adequate implementation and communication.
Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling.
Monitor the organization’s culture so that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee engagement.
Support and participate in activities related to internal communication, organization of internal, and corporate events.
Conduct exit interviews

Requisitos para aplicar

Knowledge and Experience:

Degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business, Finance or equivalent in experience
At least 5 years’ experience in HR field, preferably in a BPO or SSC environment.
Proven track record in an independent role within HR functions (HRBP, HR Manager, HR Specialist, Employee Relationship, etc).
Previous experience in employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy.
English (90%), verbal and written.
Intermediate Excel.
Knowledge in HR tools and people analytics.
