This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
? To ensure that all pre-project/product business analyses and other activities necessary to build Business Case, start projects and control budget are delivered.
? Conversant with Agile and Project/Product Management methodologies
? To work with business users of new and/or changed Tech systems to modify their processes and/or ways of working to derive the planned benefits from the system.
? To ensure that Customer/Consumer Satisfaction is regularly measured, analyzed, necessary corrective actions and improvement actions are taken.
? To lead/facilitate serious escalation processes in countries in scope and to lead/coordinate with TECH response to crisis situations, like unavailability of a critical system, data loss, FLU Pandemic, etc.
? Provide functional and thought approach to TECH and business teams on ‘art of the possible’ to inspire and drive innovation and transformation in GSK Consumer Healthcare businesses.
• Establish a network of process experts that can provide the detail and context for existing processes, and that may influence others to help support or drive improvements. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff in the business and Tech.
? To provide leadership and consultation to Consumer Healthcare stakeholders on Tech investments and value-add activities in alignment and support of business strategic initiatives
? To work closely with the Consumer Healthcare businesses to understand and ensure local business requirements, expectations and opportunities for countries in scope are identified, prioritized and represented in Tech strategies.
? To work with the Tech Leaders and key market business stakeholders to ensure the successful and on-time strategy deployment for Corporate Business Services (CBS) and Tech projects, target operating model and delivery of benefits.

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s in engineering/BS/Tech/IT/CS/MCA or Equivalent
• Minimum 8-year work experience in area of Tech and Tech Management.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Project Management / Agile methodologies and digital technologies.
• Broad knowledge and understanding of Tech systems (ERPs, SAP, JDE, BPCS, Salesforce, Commercial, NRM, Commercial Excellence, BI, supporting apps, framework and how they apply, or could be applied, to supported business process areas.
• Track record in working with business to deliver high impact and Tech enabled solutions, successful Tech business analysis, solution design, program and project delivery and service management
• Deep content knowledge of relevant process areas (processes & applications)
• Develop effective relationships with external service providers another TECH organization where appropriate.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.


However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:
• MBA/MS/M.Tech or Equivalent
• ITIL foundation / Project Management (PMP), Six Sigma tools / ADP, AGILE (VFQ) / Scrum Master / other Software Certifications
