Responsibilities:
General IT support functions
First level “PC helpdesk” for local employees
Properly document and manage all current systems in CR
Work with CB to design and implement forward looking IT solutions
Write reports for CR as needed
Develop basic applications to support production, follow corporate development procedures
Act as interface between CB and CR for all IT matters
Ensure CR infrastructure can support current size and always keep ahead of growth
Support daily production needs on IT department
Requirements
Degree Requirements and preferred education: Bachelor Degree required in Computer Sciences
3 years of experience in similar positions
Advanced English level (B1+)
Good communication, relationship building and team work skills
Familiarity with architectural design and project management processes
Database experience
Technical aptitude and ability to master complex building/lighting systems
Willingness to travel to Cartago everyday
