What your role will be like:

IT technician diagnoses computer problems, monitor computer processing systems, install software and perform tests on Divina equipment and programs, responsible to set up equipment, schedule maintenance and teach clients to use programs and coordinate hardware&software warranty support with third party vendors.
You are responsible of:
• Identifying hardware and software needs of each user’s computers and take measures to meet those needs.
• Aiding in customizing and adapting existing programs on a computer system to meet the needs of the users.
• Troubleshooting problems with hardware and software on tier 1.
• Providing users with network access according to instructions provided by management.
• Connecting hardware and peripherals such as printers, scanners, 3D technology and configuring them to work properly.
• Installing programs and software onto each equipment according to the specific needs of the user.
• Ensuring that computers and networks are secured by installing antivirus and anti malware applications.
• Handling equipment security breaches by following standardized procedures.
• Performing regular and preventative physical and virtual maintenance on equipment and
on the network members.
• Monitoring the Service Desk queue and keep it aligned with the SLA
• Assisting customers and users with their hardware issues over the telephone, face to face
and through emails and tickets.

Requisitos para aplicar

What we need from you:
• One Year of experience performing enterprise and/or client support
• Experience on ITIL Framework
• Knowledge on electronic devices
• Experience on management and Service Desk support
• Basic experience on IT systems,, Windows OS, Virtualization
• Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN, VPN, ADSL basic configuration.
• Knowledge on DHCP, DNS and Web service
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues, root cause analysis and problem solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge on Collaboration suites and Office packages
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Active US VISA.
