Job Objectives:
Ensure the best quality service to our clients based on current policies and procedures in place. Support the work plan of the Services leader. Maintain a clear knowledge of all policies and procedures under administration.
- 2 years of working experience in a HR service center environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years working with HR / Case Management Systems. (SAP, Service Now, Workday, etc.)
- English advanced. Strong writing skills in English and Spanish. Basic level of Portuguese will be a plus.
- Intermediate Excel.
