Junior analyst relocation

Job objectives:
Ensure the best quality service to our clients based on current policies and procedures in place. Support the work plan of the Services leader. Maintain a clear knowledge of all policies and procedures under administration

- Client facing for Employee Services.
- Ensure all key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
- Timely communicate any issues arising from dealing with our clients or processes and understand when and how escalation procedures start.
- Be available to help on the execution of day-to-day functions in an effective manner.
- Have a clear understanding of all policies and procedures under administration.
- Actively increase knowledge of policies and procedures in Human Resources processes.
- Anticipate opportunities for improvements in processes to comply with establish policies.
- Understand and correctly utilize resources provided by internal systems, policies, and procedures.
- Effectively partner and build productive working relationships with peers, leadership, and other departments.
- Actively contribute to maintain a team culture that promotes a growth mindset.
- Immediately adopt and implement programs that enhance our client experience.

Experience:
- 1 year minimum of working experience in a Human Rresources service center environment.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.

Technical/Operating:
- Knowledge of Human Resources / Case Management Systems such as SAP, Service Now and Taleo is a plus.
- Knowledge in benefits.
- Excel (Intermediate Level)

Language:
- English advanced.
- Strong writing skills in English and Spanish.
- Basic level of Portuguese will be a plus.
